plugins under plugins/<name>/, runnable across Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor.
It ships the consensus plugin (provider-CLI-backed AI peers for converging
artifacts and one-shot advisory takes) plus standalone session skills
(peer-transcript review and sanitized session export).
